BDG Meetings...

BDG To Lead With Goal Setting Series

By Ray LaPoint, Co-Chair
Owner, Delight Cleaning

Join us for our January Business Development Group (BDG) Roundtable/ Workshops on Goal Setting and Goal Getting. Dates are: Thursday, January 8, noon at the Raley’s Event Center, 8870 Madison Ave. (at Hazel) and Thursday, January 22, noon at Fair Oaks Branch Library, 11601 Fair Oaks Blvd. (at Madison). Both are Brown Bag Lunches, so bring your lunch with you if you choose.

The past year has been a tough one for many of us. Some people have and still are struggling with staying afloat; while other struggled to keep up with the amount of work they have each day. We have watched a number of businesses, both small and large close their doors and shut down. Join us for a two part roundtable / workshop on defining your goals for 2009 and beyond. Topics will include:

- Understanding where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow
- Making a true decision on what you want and what you are willing to do
- Learning how to utilize resources to not only achieve each of your goals, but to help others achieve their goals also.

Handouts and resource material will be present, including examples by some great achievers such as Chris Gardner, author of The Pursuit of Happiness, David Allen, author of Getting Things Done and Seth Godin, author of Tribes, Meatball Sundae, Permission Marketing and The Dip.

For further information contact Ray at 985-9695.
